The practical knowledge you need to CE mark your machinery, now and in the future. This course covers both the current requirements under the EU Machinery Directive and the key changes introduced by the forthcoming Machinery Regulation.

The EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 will come into force in January 2027. Until then, the Machinery Directive remains in effect. Therefore, if you work with CE marking of machinery today, you’ll need to know your way around both pieces of legislation.

Both the current and forthcoming legislations set out the essential health and safety requirements for manufacturers, importers and distributors of machinery within the EU. This course will walk you through the current requirements, what will change, and what you need to do to be prepared when the Machinery Regulation takes effect.
