Intertek Academy's courses are based on publicly available standards and regulatory requirements and the understanding of its structure, which means that the impartiality of our assignments cannot be questioned.

Cancellation and rebooking conditions for our open courses.
Intertek Academy follows the standard rules of Utbildningsföretagen* when canceling open courses.
The registration is binding for the participant's company as soon as Intertek has accepted the booking and sent confirmation that the participant has been admitted to the course.
Cancellation must always be made in writing to Intertek. In case of cancellation 4-2 weeks before the start of the course, the client shall compensate Intertek Academy with 50% of the course fee. In case of cancellation 2-0 weeks before the start of the course, the client shall reimburse Intertek Academy with 100% of the course fee.
In case of absence, the place can, after consultation with Intertek Academy, be transferred to another person in the same company.
Intertek has the right to cancel a course in which case all fees paid will be refunded. Compensation beyond this will not be paid.
Intertek will invoice the course fee approximately two weeks before the course starts.
We reserve the right to change lecturers, program, time and place.
Course of the month
The offer is valid for one free participant from the same company as the paying participant, and can only be used once per course session and company. The offer is only valid for online booking and provided that the booking is made during the month in which the Course of the Month is running.
Reservation for fully booked courses. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Management system courses promotion
This offer is only valid for online booking of selected open courses in auditing and management systems starting from October until December. Use the discount code "BOOSTA2025" when booking. Offer valid until December 16, 2024.

Force majeure
Intertek Academy is not liable for damage due to Swedish or foreign law, Swedish or foreign government action, war, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstances and shall not be liable for damage in cases where the course must be canceled in whole or in part due to lecturer's illness. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if the company itself is subject to or takes such conflict measures.
